Our HDPE geomembrane is engineered for heavy-duty containment applications, manufactured from high-density polyethylene resin with crystallinity reaching eighty to ninety-five percent, providing exceptional strength and chemical resistance. As a leading geomembrane liner manufacturer, we deliver reliable HDPE liner solutions for landfill liner, pond liner, and mining liner projects worldwide.
The material incorporates carbon black for enhanced UV resistance and extended outdoor lifespan, antioxidants preventing oxidative degradation during high-temperature processing, and anti-aging agents resisting UV, ozone, and environmental factors. Custom color masterbatch is available for green, blue, and other specialized film requirements.
Production utilizes either blow molding or casting processes. Raw materials undergo pretreatment, mixing, and melt extrusion before forming, cooling, traction, and coiling. Each stage includes strict quality inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and material integrity. Available in thicknesses from zero point three to three point zero millimeters, widths from one to eight meters, and lengths produced according to engineering design requirements.
The high crystallinity structure delivers excellent resistance to stress cracking and thermal aging, while carbon black dispersion ensures long-term weatherability. Available as smooth geomembrane for uniform barrier applications or textured geomembrane for enhanced slope stability. Textured HDPE geomembrane variants provide increased friction angles with geotextiles and soils.
Suitable for environmental engineering including landfills, sewage treatment plants, and tailings ponds; water conservancy projects such as reservoirs, canals, and dams; agricultural sectors including aquaculture and irrigation systems; municipal construction for underground engineering and artificial wetlands; energy and chemical industries; and transportation engineering for subgrades and runways.
