Manufacturing Process

Production begins with thousands of high-density polyester threads precision-stitched between two layers of PVC material, forming the drop-stitch core. Multiple layers of military-grade PVC are then laminated to both surfaces through high-frequency welding, creating permanent molecular bonds. Each board undergoes rigorous pressure testing at fifteen PSI, with all seams and valve connections verified for air retention. The splicing joints receive special treatment to prevent air leakage, while the Bravo valve system ensures convenient inflation and deflation.

Structural Features

The core construction utilizes drop-stitch fabric with thread counts optimized for rigidity, available in single-layer, double-layer configurations depending on model specifications. A non-slip EVA deck pad covers the standing area, providing secure footing during paddling. Reinforced side rails offer impact protection, while high-temperature welded carrying handles ensure long-term durability and user safety. Velcro attachments feature strong, non-fading materials for accessory mounting.
