Manufacturing Process

Production begins with precision auto-cutting of high-quality materials including PVC tarpaulin, clear tarpaulin, and mesh tarpaulin in weights ranging from 450gsm to 900gsm. All seams are created through heat sealing or high-frequency welding technology, ensuring permanent molecular bonding that exceeds the strength of base materials. Additional reinforcement through sewing is applied at stress points. Each tarp undergoes in-house design verification using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and AutoCAD software before production.

Structural Features

All trailer tarp products feature reinforced corners with double-layer material at all stress points. Corrosion-resistant eyelets are available in nickel-plated brass, aluminum, or copper options with integrated nylon or polypropylene ropes for secure fastening. Screen printing, UV curable printing, or latex printing accommodates custom logo requirements.
