Product Types

Lay Flat Ventilation Duct: Constructed from nylon fabric with double-sided PVC coating, available in diameters from 200mm to 3200mm and lengths up to 300 meters. Features low friction loss, easy installation, and MSHA approval. End connections include zipper, Velcro, steel ring, or eyelets.

Semi-Rigid Ventilation Duct: Reinforced with spring steel wire from 5mm to 10mm diameter, providing crush resistance and high-pressure capability. Available in diameters from 200mm to 2500mm with standard lengths up to 20 meters. Pitch configurations include 75mm for exhaust, 100mm for blowing, and 150mm for bend applications.

Fiberglass Reinforced Duct: Constructed from filament-wound fiberglass roving with polyester fiber reinforcement. Ships disassembled for transport efficiency. Available in round diameters from 250mm to 1800mm and oval configurations from 400mm to 1200mm. Standard lengths of 1, 2, or 3 meters.

Manufacturing Process

Production utilizes high-frequency welding technology creating molecular-level seam fusion. Fabrics range from 500gsm to 700gsm with thread counts from 1000D to 2000D. Each duct undergoes tensile strength testing exceeding 3100 Newtons per 5 centimeters and tear strength up to 960 Newtons.

Safety Features

All products meet NFPA701:2015 and DIN 4102 B2 flame retardant standards. Anti-static treatment achieves ≤10⁹ ohms surface resistance, essential for explosive environments. Working temperature range from minus thirty to plus eighty degrees Celsius. Available in yellow, black, green, orange, and grey with custom color options.
