Our container flexitank is engineered for heavy-duty bulk liquid transport, manufactured through a multi-layer co-extrusion and high-frequency welding process. The structure consists of one outer layer of 180gsm woven polypropylene fabric for tensile strength and puncture resistance, combined with three or four inner layers of 125-micron polyethylene film ensuring complete leak-proof containment. For oxygen-sensitive liquids, an EVOH barrier layer is available.
All seams are molecularly bonded using ultrasonic welding technology, achieving seal strength exceeding 80 Newtons. The 3-inch polypropylene ball valve is vacuum-tested for airtight performance. Each flexitank undergoes triple testing—valve vacuum test, ultrasonic vibration test, and dart falling impact test—to meet PAS 1008:2016 standards. Reinforced with steel pipes and corrugated cardboard bulkheads, the system withstands dynamic forces during transit. Operating temperatures range from -20°C to 85°C, with optional heating pads for high-viscosity cargo. Capacities from 14,000 to 26,000 liters maximize container payload up to 24 tons.

Anti-bacterial and anti-mold: Using special chemical additives, we ensure that all our products have excellent anti-bacterial and anti-mold effects. They do not develop mold in humid and warm environments, maintain surface stability, produce no unpleasant odors, and prolong the service life of the product.
Anti-algae: GS PVC vinyl is widely used in water-contact applications, especially for water storage containers, aquaculture and fish farming, where algae prevention is required. During production, GS specially adds anti-algae additives to the top and bottom layers, making the tarpaulin highly algae-resistant.
100% waterproof: GSTARP products are 100% waterproof. Special surface treatment forms the first defense layer of the PVC fabric, ensuring no water molecules can penetrate. The top and bottom surface layers are fully integrated with the base material to form a solid structure. Finally, the base fabric is coated with adhesive, allowing glue and coating molecules to bond tightly. Through these three advanced processes, GS PVC vinyl achieves 100% waterproof performance.
Acid resistance: GSTARP factory produces PVC fabric via lamination or coating with imported German equipment and advanced technology. Special additives are incorporated during production to make the product acid-resistant. Customers can safely use it to store acidic and alkaline substances.
