A large port terminal project in the Middle East required ultra-large heavy-duty PVC cover systems for bulk cargo protection, port equipment coverage, long-term outdoor storage, and industrial logistics areas.
The project was located in a harsh coastal environment with extremely high temperatures, strong UV exposure, heavy wind, sandstorms, salt corrosion, and continuous outdoor operation requirements. The customer needed a long-term industrial protection solution capable of operating reliably in demanding marine and port environments.
After evaluating multiple suppliers from different countries, the customer finally selected us as the main supplier due to our large-scale engineering manufacturing capability and extensive industrial project experience.

1. Extreme Outdoor Environment
Unlike ordinary tarpaulin applications, port environments create very demanding operating conditions:
· Strong UV exposure
· High temperature
· Salt-air corrosion
· Continuous wind load
· Sand abrasion
· Heavy rain exposure
The customer required the covers to maintain stable performance under long-term outdoor industrial use.
2. Ultra-Large Engineering Manufacturing
Many covers exceeded the handling capacity of standard PVC processing factories.
Some single-piece covers reached over:
120m in length.
This required:
· Extra-large welding areas
· Heavy-duty lifting systems
· Engineering-level handling capability
· Specialized folding and packaging systems
3. Transportation and Installation
One of the most difficult parts of the project was transportation and on-site installation.
To solve these issues, we designed:
· Heavy-duty export wooden cases
· Steel transport frames with wheels
· Engineering container loading plans
· On-site unfolding solutions
This greatly improved:
· Transportation efficiency
· Port unloading safety
· Installation speed
· Future maintenance operations

We operate:
· A 165-meter-long engineering finishing workshop
· Total production area of approximately 120,000 square meters
Equipped with:
· Fully automatic large-scale welding equipment
· Industrial hot-air welding systems
· Heavy-duty lifting equipment
· Automated engineering processing systems
· Industrial packaging systems
These capabilities allow us to produce ultra-large industrial PVC cover systems for global energy, mining, and port projects.
In addition to Middle East port projects, we have also supplied similar heavy-duty industrial PVC systems for:
· Oilfield engineering projects
· Mining industry projects
· Grain storage systems
· Large logistics terminals
· European industrial projects
· Middle East energy facilities
We understand not only the product itself, but also:
· Engineering transportation
· Installation efficiency
· Long-term maintenance
· Outdoor durability
· Industrial project risk control
Besides large industrial covers, the customer also continuously purchases:
· Oilfield PVC protection systems
· Grain storage covers
· Mining equipment covers
· Spill containment berms
· Industrial waterproof systems
· Temporary logistics shelter systems
We have established a long-term strategic cooperation relationship with the customer.
