A Middle Eastern client (covering Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Iraq, etc.) is the largest importer and distributor of water tanks in the region. Their end users include farm irrigation, construction site water supply, emergency disaster relief, military field use, and many other sectors. The client has worked with us for many years and currently purchases nearly 20 containers of water tanks every month, making them our largest water tank customer globally.

1. Extreme Middle East environment – Summer temperatures can exceed 50°C, with intense UV radiation. Ordinary water tank materials age and crack quickly under high temperature and sunlight, drastically shortening service life.
2. Transport and storage wear – The client distributes tanks to remote areas. Rough roads, frequent loading/unloading, and repeated handling demand excellent abrasion and puncture resistance.
3. Leakage risk – Any leakage not only wastes precious water but can also delay end‑user projects and cause complaints. The client has a strict requirement for 100% leak‑free products.
4. Special structural need – The client requires a “long nose” (i.e., extended inlet/outlet or hose connection) on each tank to allow quick connection to pumps and pipes in the desert or on construction sites. This creates special design and production challenges.
5. Large‑volume stable supply – Nearly 20 containers per month require strong production capacity, a stable raw material supply chain, and a rigorous quality control system. Any batch problem would affect the client’s entire distribution network.

Product Specifications
Based on the client‘s needs, we developed two main sizes, both equipped with a “long nose” inlet/outlet:
Size (L×W×H) Capacity Main Application
:--- :--- :---
100cm × 120cm × 50cm 600 litres Small farms, construction sites, emergency water supply
200cm × 800cm × 75cm 12,000 litres Large‑scale irrigation, centralised water supply, military field use

Materials & Process
- Base fabric: High‑strength polyester scrim PVC, 900–1100 g/m², with UV stabilisers and anti‑ageing additives to withstand the Middle East climate.
- “Long nose” design: Extended inlet/outlet length of 30–50 cm, fitted with standard quick‑connects – no tools required to attach pumps or hoses, greatly simplifying field use.
- Reinforced bottom: Extra wear‑resistant pad to prevent punctures from sharp stones.
- Welding process: All seams are high‑frequency heat‑welded to ensure joint strength ≥80% of the base fabric strength.

Key Innovation: 100% Pressure Test + 7‑Day Standby
To solve the client‘s biggest concern – leakage – we implemented a 100% pressure test plus 7‑day standby quality control process, unique in the industry:
1. Pressure test: After production, each water tank is subjected to an air or water pressure test at 1.5 times the design working pressure, held for 30 minutes. All seams, fittings and “long nose” connections are inspected for leaks.
2. 7‑day standby: Tanks that pass the pressure test are then filled (with air or water) and left to stand for 7 days. During this period, quality inspectors record pressure changes and visual condition daily to ensure no slow leakage, material deformation or seam failure.
3. 100% full inspection: Unlike the industry’s common sampling practice, we apply this process to every single finished tank – guaranteeing that every tank the client receives is 100% leak‑free.
4. Traceability: Each water tank has a unique serial number recording production date, test data and standby results, making it easy for the client to trace.
This innovation dramatically reduced the client’s after‑sales complaint rate – from around 3% leakage in the early cooperation to below 0.1% – becoming a core reason why the client has stayed with us long‑term.

- Order volume: The client now purchases nearly 20 containers per month steadily, totalling over 200 containers per year – our largest water tank customer.
- Main products: 600‑litre and 12,000‑litre sizes, plus other sizes made to order.
- Cooperation length: Over 5 years – the client has never changed their main supplier.
- Market share: The client holds more than 30% of the Middle East water tank market, and our partnership is a key pillar of their supply chain.
- Client feedback: The client has repeatedly recommended our products at industry exhibitions and on social media, calling us “the most reliable water tank supplier in the Middle East.”

> “We ship nearly 20 containers of water tanks every month to locations across the Middle East – from farms to military bases. In the past, leakage complaints were our biggest headache. Since this supplier implemented the ‘pressure test + 7‑day standby’ full inspection, our leakage rate has dropped to almost zero. This is a factory that truly takes responsibility for quality.”
— Procurement Director, Middle East Water Tank Client
- Pressure test: Every finished tank is tested at 1.5× working pressure – seams, fittings and the “long nose” connection are all checked.
- 7‑day standby: Simulates long‑term use, catching any slow leakage before shipment.
- 100% full inspection: No sampling, no luck – each tank is individually tested and recorded.
- Traceable: Unique serial number on every product, with test data archived for reference.
